2. Area Preparation
Because your home is important to you it is important to us. We’ll take the necessary precautions, protecting all areas surrounding your floor including adjoining carpets.
3. Cleaning/Restoration
Having determined the best floor cleaning or restoration process at stage 1, we now methodically follow through using the most scientifically advanced cleaning products. When complete, your floor will be rinsed and the floor thoroughly dried.
4. Drying
If the grout channels are going to be sealed, the grout needs to be thoroughly dry first and we recommend leaving it overnight before sealing the next day.
5. Sealing
Sealing grout is a fiddly and time consuming job as you do not want to get seal on the tiles as this will have a different level of sheen and be highly visible when dry. Usually two coats of sealer is sufficient to adequately seal the grout.
6. Post Inspection
We will get you to inspect the floor and give your approval once we have finished. We’ll also give you guidance on care and maintenance tips to help you keep your floor in tip top condition.
